5 Tool Performance was founded to provide a higher standard of baseball development rooted in education, integrity, and individualized attention. Our team of expert coaches—ranging from former D1 athletes to MLB veterans—brings unique specialties and proven philosophies to every session. We are proudly team-agnostic, focusing solely on what’s best for each player. From youth athletes to college prospects, we guide development with a long-term mindset, helping players grow their skills, mindset, and confidence through personalized plans, strong communication, and real-time feedback.
Our Facility
Located in Westwood, MA, our 17,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility features expansive turf space, wide cages, a full-service gym, and cutting-edge technology including TrackMan, HitTrax, force plates, and more. Designed for in-person, hands-on instruction, our facility supports every aspect of training—from skill development and injury prevention to strength, mobility, and recovery. Conveniently situated near major highways, 5 Tool Performance is a modern, well-equipped hub for serious athletes and families committed to elite baseball development.
