Justin Nappi
Director of Technology
With an education in software development and psychology, as well as a background in Artificial Intelligence, he blends together the latest technologies and learning philosophies to boost coaching productivity and get the most out of the players and coaches alike. He grew up playing baseball and now spends (too much) time closely following the Major Leagues and College Baseball. Although he does not conduct any lessons himself, he is always ready to share his knowledge with parents, coaches, and players.
He also brings knowledge of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) from his time with UConn's championship lab.
Coaching Philosophy
Despite being in the field of AI, Justin believes that technology has no place taking the place of humans. He views technology as the best way to get the most out of both players and coaches, and believes that when properly harnessed it can lead to the most efficient and effective path to player growth. With a background in psychology, he believes that the number one thing that the best players in the game are able to master is their mindset.
