Strength & Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning lessons are conducted by our Director of Fitness & Health, Dylan McNary, who creates individualized training plans tailored to each athlete. His programs focus first on balancing the body and building a strong foundation, then progress toward developing power and athleticism to help players perform at their best on the field. Each plan is designed with long-term player health and performance in mind, ensuring athletes can consistently train, compete, and improve.
Service Details
Every workout is built to carry straight over to the field.
We start with reset drills to get your body in the right position, then hit power moves like jumps, sprints, or med ball throws while you’re fresh. Then comes the main lift of the day — big strength movements like squats, hinges, presses, or pulls. Accessories follow to fix imbalances and keep you healthy, and finishers build rotational stability, and durability. We wrap up with quick recovery work so you’re ready for tomorrow.
