We support one another to create synergy and confidence, and stand together to serve our community. We have a new crew of instructors, who have worked hard at fine tuning their craft over the years, either in D1 college ball, MLB draft league or were on field players themselves. They bring heart and soul to our lessons and an organized teaching approach. Each of our instructors have a unique specialty so you can rest assured there is depth and breadth in what is being taught. We welcome parents to sit in on sessions so our players are supported on field with cues and teachings. We do every lesson in person and happily provide feedback that is founded on unique, effective baseball principles and philosophies.
We also offer performance strength training which optimizes and builds athleticism, coordination, speed and fluidity in our teaching models. Our coaches have a comprehensive understanding of movement patterns. core muscle groups, pelvic control, forearm strength, speed and agility, range of motion and flexibility to ensure injury prevention while seeking healthy velocity for younger children and optimizing velocity for older players. The key is programming, consistent effort and a long term perspective on goals.
