Coaching Philosophy
Pat takes a player-first approach to developing hitters. His philosophy emphasizes movement efficiency, strong swing mechanics, and maximizing swing speed while maintaining consistent contact. He believes growth comes from learning through failure and stacking success on top of success, helping hitters build confidence while maximizing their time in the zone through consistent, purposeful reps and a clear plan at the plate
